1.Can I get free samples?
YES. We would like to offer several samples ,only samples freight on your side.
2.What surface handing could you support ?
We can provide screen printing, hot stamping, frost, label printing etc.
As to printing color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color number.
3.Do you accept customized order ?
YES. We can open a new mould according to customers' requirement.
4. What is the normal lead time ?
(1). For stock products, we will send goods to you within 24hours after we receive your payment.
(2). For large quantity and complex design products, the delivery time is within 35 work days after we receive your payment.
(3). For products we never manufactured , we could open the mould if needed.
5. What is your selection of shipping method ?
(1). For small trial order, international express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL is suitable.
(2). For large order, by sea or train or land or air or according to your requirement.
6.How do you control the quality ?
We do 3 times leakage test before packing.
7.What's your Payment terms?
T /T,50% in advance and 50% before delivery.
