FAQ
1.What if I need my own size?
OEM and ODM both can be acceptable. We need to do a new mold for our own size, which will lead to die cost, but it can be returned after the order quantity reaches what we need. Therefore, in general, we recommend that you can use our similar mold sizes to exist.
2.How can I get samples?
If we have the product inventory you need, we can ship it within 2 days, but the freight will be paid by you. Samples are free of charge. If we do not have the product inventory you need, we will do this for you.
3.How do you control the quality?
We will make samples for customer's confirmation before bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing.
4.What is your payment term?
A. T/T
B. For bulk production: 50% pay in advance, 50% pay before shipping.
5.Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
