Why we use PLA material

1. What is PLA?

Poly (lactic acid ) or polylactic acid or Polylactide (PLA) is a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources, such as com starch (in the United States and Canada) cassava roots, chips or starch ( mostly in Asia ) or sugarcane (in the rest of the world). In 2010, PLA had the second highest consumption volume of any bioplastic of the world. The name " polylactic acid " does not comply with IUPAC standard nomenclature, and is poten-tially ambiguous or confusing, because PLA Is not a polyacid (polyelectrolyte)

We use standard safe export cartons suitable for plastic bottles for packaging. For the safety of your goods, we will try our best to achieve perfect packaging.For products with high value, we will pack more carefully to minimize the damage during transportation.

1. Could we get free samples from your factory?

Yes, we can. Free samples can be glad for customers to test quality, while, the freight for express is on buyer's account. You can also call your local express to pick up samples from our office.

2.Can you make Logo printing or label stickers?

Yes, we can. There are various printing ways we can supply, including screen printing, hot stamping, label printing after getting Logo design AI/CDR format from you.

3.What is the normal order lead time?

For stock order, the cargo will be sent out within 24-48 hours after receiving your payment.

For customized order, it will be sent out within 3-15 days based on order quantity.

4.What is your shipping terms?

For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT or by air can be provided.

For large order, By sea or by air can be suggested according to your requirement.

We do leak test for 3 times before packing.

In the production, bottles are tested by leakage machine.

Before packing, quality inspectors make 50pcs random sampling from each carton.
