Do you know how cleaning machines operate?

The process of automatic cleaning machine for glass bottles is as follows:

1. Preparation work

Before starting to use the cleaning machine, some preparation work needs to be done first. Firstly, check if the power and water sources of the cleaning machine are connected properly. Then confirm the type of glass bottle to be cleaned according to the production plan, and set the corresponding cleaning program in advance.

2. Putting glass bottles

Place the glass bottles to be cleaned neatly into the inlet of the cleaning machine. The cleaning machine automatically sends the glass bottle into the cleaning area. It should be noted that glass bottles should be placed neatly and should not be tilted or overlapped.

3. Cleaning process

The cleaning machine should follow the following steps in sequence:

-Pre rinse: Rinse with water to preliminarily remove dirt from the surface of the glass bottle.

-Washing: Spray cleaning agent and perform mechanical brushing to thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the glass bottle.  

-Rinse: Use high-purity water for multiple rinses to remove residual cleaning agents.

-Drying: By drying with hot air, ensure that the surface of the glass bottle is completely dry.

4. Taking down glass bottles

After cleaning, the cleaning machine will transport the cleaned glass bottle to the discharge port. The operator can orderly remove the glass bottles and carry out subsequent filling and other processes.

The entire cleaning process is fully automated and does not require manual intervention. Just regularly check the operation status of the cleaning machine, add cleaning agents and replace water sources in a timely manner. The automatic cleaning machine greatly improves the efficiency and quality of glass bottle cleaning.

Tips

Automatic cleaning machines are generally suitable for bare bottles that have not undergone spraying or printing processes. If to clean a decorated bottle, it is easy to damage the surface printing or color.
