1. **PP (Polypropylene)**: PP material is known for its good heat resistance, suitable for use around 100 degrees Celsius, but it becomes brittle at low temperatures and is not wear-resistant. The surface of PP is not suitable for spray painting as it cannot be colored and is prone to falling off. Special firing treatment is required for screen printing.

 

2. **PE (Polyethylene)**: PE material is environmentally friendly and can be directly in contact with the contents. The surface of PE is matte, not as shiny as PET, and the mouth is rough, not suitable for transparent effects. PE material is not suitable for spray painting as it tends to peel off easily. Special treatment is required for screen printing.

 

3. **PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)**: PET is an eco-friendly material that can be directly in contact with the contents, offering high barrier properties, being lightweight, unbreakable, and highly transparent. PET material is softer and suitable for various printing techniques, including UV printing and screen printing.

 

In terms of printing techniques, UV printing is widely used in cosmetic packaging due to its characteristic of drying and curing ink through ultraviolet light. UV printing forms a protective layer on the printed product, enhancing brightness and artistic effects, protecting the product surface with high hardness, and being resistant to corrosion and friction, making it less prone to scratches. Screen printing is a common method, especially suitable for regular bottle shapes that can be printed in one go, while irregular shapes require block printing, which is more expensive.

 

In summary, there are significant differences in printing techniques and effects for different plastic jar materials. Brands need to consider the characteristics of the materials and the final visual effect and cost-effectiveness when choosing packaging materials and printing processes to achieve the best market competitiveness.
